Adam Driver’s Kylo Ren Goes Undercover As Nerdy Intern On ‘Saturday Night Live’

Adam Driver returned as host of “Saturday Night time Dwell” and resurrected a model of his traditional 2016 “Undercover Boss: Star Killer Base” sketch. This time his “Star Wars” persona Kylo Ren went undercover as “Randy,” an “entry-level intern” on the Star Destroyer.

“I haven’t been one of the best boss these days,” admits Kylo Ren. “I’ve been just a little distracted by some private drama.”

A voice-over explains: “Kylo killed his dad, lower his mentor in half, fired upon his mom’s spacecraft and is now obsessive about discovering a younger Jedi named Rey.”

Now he’s after a “contemporary perspective.” However he’s a bit cranky as an intern, doesn’t just like the impolite stormtroopers, fries printers — and lotions a disrespectful admiral (Beck Bennett) with a loss of life stare. “Oh, my God,” he says in pretend concern. “Are you OK?”

“I made 4 new pals and solely killed considered one of them” (with a lightsaber), he recounts when his intern stint is over. “I’d say that’s a reasonably good begin.”
